The interactive museum visit was a fascinating touch. Best part? The relaxing suite with separate sleeping areas. Also loved catching the game at Treadwell's! The hotel's event facilities were top-notch for my business seminar. An interesting detail: I couldn't resist the sweet treats at the candy bar – typical Brit with a sweet tooth!

My double room with a smart Tv, quality bath plus wonderful beds was compact. The service was welcoming, nothing too much trouble.

The property overall was clean and solid, had perfect location and staff. I was here for 6 nights and ate at attached restaurant with good quality food. The bathroom was fairly clean and the bed was large. The staff were on shift and provided an early check-in.

Actually everything was great. I liked its nice building. The hotel had a central position very close to Manhattan, the subway and Wall Street financial district. The service was excellant during all my SUCH GREAT stay. Moreover, parking was nearby.

The hotel was functional and trendy boutique with incredible location just off Fulton Station subway, Wall Street and the subway station Wall Street and the WTC buildings. We were given cosy, beautiful room on the 14th floor.

Everything was excellent, including polite staff and decent location right next to the subway. Smooth check in and late check out. The hotel had free coffee in the lobby. We had the most wonderful few days there.

We were so close to the 2 and 3 trains, making it easier to hit up Times Square and the Empire State Building. The complimentary snacks and drinks were clutch for late-night munchies while we were chilling in the lounge after partying in the city. The beds were cozy AF and the staff was mad cool!

The only thing to make it even better would be if they had a rooftop party area for us to hang out and turn up after a wild night out in New York City!

No help with the luggage. No one accompanies us to the room to explain to us how the electrical components work. The dreadful noise of the air conditioning. The lack of soundproofing between the rooms. Waiting too long in front of the two elevators.

The staff was super helpful when I had a leaky a/c unit, and they quickly moved me to a new room. The rooms are comfy and clean, with all the amenities you need for a solid stay, and the hotel's location near the subway is a big bonus. Only gripe was a slight draft from the a/c, but nothing major – overall, a solid stay! 🏨

The location was perfect for exploring Wall Street and the surrounding areas. The gym and purified water were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location, next to the subway...accessible to everything, is close to Battery Park, Broadway, Wall Street, etc.

I think the elevators are a little sloppy, and I clean up.

The location was unbeatable, with The Capital Grille nearby, where we could eat.

I had a fantastic stay at this place in the financial district. The location was ideal, right above the Wall St 2 & 3 subway, allowing me to easily explore Manhattan and Brooklyn. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful, always available to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, and tea/coffee making facilities. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and the comfortable sitting area allowed me to relax after a long day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location with easy access to the subway. the room was modern and comfortable, with amenities like a coffee machine and mini fridge. the staff were friendly and hospitable, even leaving us a note to check in on our stay. the hotel also provided storage for our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

The noise of the air conditioning when it was turned on was a little annoying in the early morning. The mattress was a bit sunken in one area, but it was quite comfortable.

Hotel ideally located in the heart of Wall Street, 2 minutes walk from the subway. we arrived, our room was unfortunately located next to a device outside the building that made a lot of noise, preventing us from sleeping. After telling the hotel staff, we were able to immediately change rooms and, on top of that, we were upgraded for free, we greatly appreciated! In this new suite type room, bedding was comfortable and bathroom very functional, note that it had a shower head (rather rare in US hotels). reception open 24 hours a day was very convenient for us because we could take the time to arrive from the JFK airport.

I recently stayed at Radisson Wall Street for a few days on a leisure trip. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to Wall Street and Battery Park for the Statue of Liberty ferry. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. The room, although small, was great value for the price, which is hard to find in the city. The nearby subway stations made exploring the city easy, and there were even some Arabic food carts and souvenir stalls nearby. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

We were in winter and heating took time, for the sake of clarity - we were not cold.

I liked the kindness of the staff who are warm and friendly. They don't hesitate to help you if you have any problems. I also liked the location of the hotel which is next to several subway stations which is very convenient for visiting New York.

The quality/price ratio is average. The rooms are of good quality but are quite expensive even if you are in New York. The noise of the nearby construction during the first days was really disturbing. The walls separating the rooms are quite thin and you can sometimes hear the neighbors. The view from our room lacked charm.

Clean venue. It had a hairdryer, shampoo, lots of towels. close to Century 21, Staten Island Ferry and Brooklyn Bridge. Right next door was a big breakfast bar at a good price. staff was very friendly and attentive. They keep your bags for you if you need them.

The room was a little cold. There was an extra blanket in case it was cold, but there were two beds so only one could get cold. The shower took a long time to warm up. The water machines were broken, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken, and I didn't see any free snacks

Sometimes noisy at night (street noise: horns, etc.) (I was on the 4th floor). Air conditioning which is used as a relatively noisy heater (and in February, leaving it on at night when it gets below zero is not a luxury).

The atmosphere around the pools inspired reflection and respect, making it a significant and moving experience during my stay in New York. The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, as it was in close proximity to the financial district and offered a serene retreat from the bustling city. Additionally, the modern and elegant design of the hotel created a comfortable and sophisticated environment for my stay.

The change to Radisson ownership was mishandled, causing some confusion and inconvenience during check-in.

Finally, I appreciated the fact that the hotel didn't require a password for the WiFi, made it easier for me to connect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed my experience. The location was ideal for exploring the city, as it was close to numerous metro stops in the financial district, which made it easy to get around. Additionally, the room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was also incredibly helpful, offering services like room service and dry cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay very much but we ordered a driver at the reception for our return to JFK. We are very disappointed indeed, we had to pay credit card fees, driver was unpleasant to the limit of becoming insulting, he was constantly on his phone, worst being that he was driving too fast and dangerous (honking a lot, exceeding the speed limit, chase with another driver). driving was as dangerous for him as it was for us and I wish you would not be in contact with this driver anymore so that other customers would not have the same experience as us. The suite was so spacious and comfy, perfect for me and my friend. The two distinct sleeping areas made it feel like we each had our own room, and the sleeper sofa was a nice extra touch.

I personally didn't love the view from the room, but I know others might still enjoy it.
